Recap of the RE/MAX World Long Drive Championships

… Once again, Art Sellinger and the LDA Long Drivers of America put-on the greatest long-drive show on this planet, and when the dust (and wind) had settled Carl Wolter got his second world long-drive championship.  Through the preliminary rounds competitors with HOUSE OF FORGED shafts performed well with 15-of-the-top-32 finalists using HOF shafts; however, once the winds started howling things came undone.

… We were honored by the performances of Aaron Mansfield who tied for 3rd Place in the TV Finals, and two-time RE/MAX World Long-Drive Champion Jamie Sadlowski who tied for 5th Place.  Ryan Reisbach placed 11th, while John Bjelland took 12th, Trevor Consavage 16th, Landon Gentry 17th, Domenic Mazza 18th, Ryan Louw 21st, Ryan Winther 22nd, Randall Dawson 23rd, Tim Edick 24th, Ryan Copper 26th, Chris Bennetts 27th, Houston Hair 30th, Kyle Mack 31st, Mike Dobbyn 33rd, Patrik Hopper 36th Place.

… In the Senior Division both Bobby Wilson and Vinny Ciurluini made the TV finals with Vinny just missing the win, losing in the final match to David Mobley, and thus taking 2nd Place for the second year in a row.

Again, we thank all of the competitors who used HOUSE OF FORGED shafts.
